This mini party burger maker fills delicious finger-food burgers. To make vegetarian patties with polenta, buckwheat or spelt dough or classic meat patties, the mixture is put into the stainless-steel mould with an elevated centre and compacted with a press which also gives the burger its appetising ridged appearance. The elevation in the base forms a dimple in the patties which ensures their shape retention during frying. The set is easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
